It is very fortunate that the leak was discovered. Some years ago, a contractor caused a small leak in the gas pipe in a condo. Eventually the owner's young son died due to the gas leak.

That's good to know. We are keen to get a front load washer-cum-condenser dryer from LG. How long do you usually wait before you remove your dried clothes from the dryer? And thanks for the Zenterra recommendation. I will check them out.

Hi Stalebread, how do you find your condenser dryer? I heard from the salesman that you must remove your clothes from the dryer within 10 min. Otherwise, the water will condense on the dry clothes and they will become wet again.
