Wah....this is no good.The TV and phone wire shouldnt lump together with the electrical wires. Should box up the electrcal wires in a trunking/conduit and fix to the side wall if they are in the way of lighting points. Your electrician shud know better, why he do the easy way out?

It is such a sorry waste to hack off the expensive black granite from the living room. Maybe you want to consider laying more bright coloured laminates over it? As for the bedrooms,I think its good to have a total makeover to suit your taste. The carpentry and geomatric patterned doors are too old school. The previous owner must have spent a bomb on the reno.Notice even the living room's wall are tiled up.

Sanyo use to be tops in their aircon compressors. I remember brands like Acma,National and some japanese brands use their compressors. I dunno their inverter compressors are good or not,but some of my friends using their multi split aircon claims they are just as good as those popular brands.Maybe due to their lack of advert and promotions, they are not so popular like Mitsu.or Daikin. My room's window unit is still functioning well after 20 odd years although some of the internal casings have corroded and rust off.

Methink Ikea has got the most value for money door/drawer handles. Quality also not too bad and some very nice design too. Along Kelantan/Sungei Road area also got plenty,but why bother when you need is just a couple of pcs.
