Doing school survey? Happy to give some input:

1. 1st HDB 5-rm - 29, limited money to do reno, just married then.

2. Condo - 41, spent 24k on reno+ electrical stuff+furniture+carpentry

3. Resale HDB 5rm - 45, become choosy, spent near 100k on reno+elctrical+furniture+carpentry.

4. Eyeing pte again, ha ha ha.

lolz, and i thought that we are the oldest one around to get our first property - 32 this year; but 2 kids already. husband told me he 'is not getting any younger, so it's time for us to go get a flat'! lolz. cheesy tagline for getting married.

I think you made the right choice ... if you bought the 4room in a good location now it could be worth twice the value you paid :)

Just bought mine last year september. 27. Was lucky that I didn't follow the idea that "prices has hit a peak, will drop soon..." didn't even have to pay cov. phew.
