Thanks brandon!

My kitchen renovator asked me to go look for a stainless steel undermount sink under 800mm. Quite tough to find it as my hubby wanted a double sink.

Managed to find one monic sink for $128 & ponzi tap for $72 at bath zone geylang.

Is this a good price - is monic a good brand?

Hihi, I bought a franke stainless steel. Single hole. Hubby and I didn't like a double and prefers one bigger hole instead. We wanted a BIG sink like 800mm kind, but ended up ID only could give us ard 600mm max :( talk abt HDB pigeon holes.. Haha..

Our sink search took quite awhile cos of the limitation in size, single hole, and hb wanted the flow to b at a corner instead of in the middle. Finally found franke n bought it at $170 (I think).

Have u thought of not doing under mount? Heard horrible stories on it thus I chose tabletop. Though hb says he often can a stainless steel sink get damaged??

Went to comfort furniture & bought 4 plastic chairs (2 red & 2 orange - the white ones ran out) for dining chairs but couldn't find the right table to match it.

I wanted something that is easy to wash n maintain. Previously ordered fx900 with fg792gl only $660 but my mum says difficult to wash.

So change to this rinnai this model won some good design award in Japan thought it is good too. Whole set cost $360 + $325 = $685.

Was told that fujioh is good for hoods n rinnai gd for hobs
