Agreed avoid the blue/brown bottle sold at ntuc, it has a bleaching agent inside, cannot be used on glossy tiles, will make them matt

I have one question to ask, i always travel for work and when i come home i notice my toilet floor is very dirty and the grouts black, its seems very difficult to clean them, anyone expereinced this before? If yes what are the solutions to remedy this? Any help is appreciated

Actually not necessarily, because sometimes the darker colours tiles may make dirt/stains more visible than lighter coloured tiles

This seems about right, but it also depends on the quality of the plaster used

From what you describe it seems to be ingrained dirt and hard water stains. You can use something called HCL89. to clean the tiles I usually get it from http://hcl89.byethost10.com or http://hcl89.atwebpages.com One thing i like about it is that is creates like a protection like on the tiles so that it prevents such hard water stains or dirt from becoming an issue for your tiles Hope this helps you out
