Thanks mmycheng and our-home!! Wah last three weeks has been **** for me. FIrst was my sister's wedding part 1 then my assignment week then my sister's wedding part 2. Now FINALLY am back to do more research. Yesterday met up with a contractor whom I think is the best so far cos I told him my tiny budget and he still carefully look at my items for me and gave me proper advice. So highly likely will take him ba. But will wait for everyone (in the family) to give the nod then decide. whoohoo! will try to draw up the new plans and show show in a bit ba. mmm
