TELL YOU ALL SOMETHING MAJOR!!! This afternoon when there wasn't anyone at home, three men just appeared at my place. They didn't call me nor my dad. Then they rang my neighbour's doorbell and told her that WE were buying the recess area and that they needed to shut the water supply for MANY hours while they shift the pipes... BUT HDB haven't even approve of my purchase HOW CAN ANYHOW SHIFT PIPES??? My neighbour told them that she refused to let them shut until she spoke to us... then the workers replied... THAT WE WERE OVERSEAS AND UNCONTACTABLE! SIAO! Then luckily my neighbour thought about it and was sure that we will not arrange for such major works to be done whilst we're away so she chased them away. CAN YOU IMAGINE??????? SCAMMER!!!

Think it's on the first cos it has a patio.. when I was looking at condos I really wanted something like yours too.. but it's so hard to come by! Lucky you!!!

YAY I'm so glad you bought from Gary @ Eestilo too! He's extremely nice isn't it? do you know my dad made him carry the sinks to the tap area(dept) and he unscrewed the taps on display to put on the sinks for us to see? Tried at least 7-8 taps before my dad was satisfied. I was UBER embarrassed. But was so impressed by their service.

Try getting the quote from him in oct ba. Do you still have the list of items? He needn't go to the flat to give the quotation one. MOreover he has actually seen it. He can give you a draft quote mid-oct then on the day the tenant moves out you bring him and let him give you a final quote. But his draft quotation is usually very close unless you added or took out some items. I've learnt my lesson.. if you ask from him early he will drag but if he knows your reno is going to begin he will also quicken. He has to prioritise la. But it's really up to you... have you tried contacting Mr Yeak, the other good contractor? Heard that the price is quite competitive. Since Ah Soon can already quote you 18k then this ID who quote you 37k is obviously too much ma.
