eh ur TV feature wall is nice enuff liao... dun put wallpaper... harder to maintain & focus is supposed to be on the BIG plasma TV mah heh heh... maybe can put some plants to spice up ur home... and we got the same straaten dryer! !!

our black galaxy granite top cost us abt $85 or $90 pfr leh... btw there's no such thing as promotion one lah... go to their shops, they oso will tell u: today special only. but everyday oso say same thing. MUST see workmanship of houses they r workin on before committing.

my colleagues used thomson catering cos halal... not bad can consider also...their premium package one @ $20... though supposedly cater for 15 pax (min) but can feed 20+ folks... heh heh... as for neo garden, it's not bad esp the curry chicken... but u can forget abt delihub, the sister company for their halal catering... sucks big time.

ydy we tried to wash the corridor but didnt manage to splash across to the yucky furniture & toys... cos not enuff water but i think "education" works. cos we always clean up our place, so now the neighbour opp us oso starts to pack up some of the garbage in their house liao. now only left the neighbour on the left... but seems difficult cos got too many kids.

realise tt i am oso quite outdated, so did a minor research on skinny jeans... sharing with all First, SkinnyJeans® are made from classic denim but with a high nylon/elastane content. total of 30 lights... okie mah, if it's for 5-room? does the "supply labour & materials to run 30 nos lighting points for living & master bedroom" mean rewiring? the "Supply & install 1no. Hood point, 1no. Double socket, change to 2nos. double sockets @ kitchen,shift sockets @ Living & master bedroom - $450" looks expensive.

plastering is quite impt... no matter how well done the paint works is... if the wall is uneven, bulgy or just rough (i.e. rockstone), esp for resale unit, will be ugly. costs abt $1.2K to $1.5K for whole unit.

RooRoo, did u buy new one or refurbished one? how much did u pay for it, postage included? need any insurance?

no ah... they only in their 30s/40s i think... but they got 5 kids... i dun fancy talking to them leh... but maybe will wash the floor & if anything gets wet, i dunno ah... after all it's public area... as for the plants, they are dying anyway... so...

dengue? maybe not so easy cos we stay 13th floor, seldom kena mozzies. it's irritating...cos they are not tt good gardeners... the plants are dying & some of them are really BIG pots man... and shoe cabinet? 3-4 children's bikes? 2 big furry dirty chairs? walau... their interior worse lah. like a dirty garage with loads of dusty barangs. newspapers pile up high high... see liao wanna puke. how come they dun even do spring cleaning for cny one?!
