hey mrspiglet, nice MBR curtain, we were surveying curtains for our new place already although we only get keys in june haha. and our MBR day/night curtain selection is very similar to yours, with different pattern on the day curtain one. you're lucky you dont need curtains for living room. i have to get day curtains for 3 windows area in dining/living, will cost us a bomb, actually nobody can look from outside living room since no neighboring building that high anyway but the day curtain is just to conceal the window panels so it looks cosier and i love the feeling of organza your MBR is same as mine, so the window should be less than 2m wide right? how much is your full length day/nite curtain for MBR?

hi shkeat, my bathroom was light brown colored and used the same brown pvc strip as well i think it's probably better than 45 deg angle tile since it can crack easily, look a bit weird at first but is ok now. yours look ok too don't worry too much about it, your toilet tiles are very nice, got luxury feeling hehe. do you know is downlights can come in cool white (in between warm/day light) my living/dining is using warm light also but found them to be too yellowish, prefer the cool white

Finally confirmed the ID. Was shortlisting Yeak and Frontier concept after getting quotations from 5-6 ID's. Both of them are very nice to talk to but in the end we chose Frontier concept since the ID can provide a lot more input on design of the whole place. Actually Yeak's quote was the lowest, but managed to get Frontier's quote to only 1K higher than Yeak, so it's quite a reasonable quote for ID.

hi roamca, i spoke to yeak last tuesday and then he showed me some pics from his camera...and from the pics i recognize that they were from your house haha.... told him i've seen those pics before.

hi cybnox, i am using sony A350 for dslr. you're studying and working at the same time? may i ask you some more questions? the tea shelf and mirror you're referring to is the brown colored glass and brown tinted mirror? i love those too since my furniture is dark colored wood like your console, in fact i am planning to have brown tinted mirror in between top/bottom kitchen cabinet. in your MBR console how do you conceal the wiring of the tv?

wah got fengshui audit somemore hehe... well you can always go for light blue / aqua for kitchen, will look nice too. Or white cabinets with light blue glass backsplash hehe

i really like your living room, cant stop myself to go back and look at it from time to time hehe..... like the simple console in your MBR TV too... May i know how much roughly for the living room feature wall and MBR console? Will do my reno in June, need to get some ideas going hehe. Will take my DSLR out and take pics of mine after finishing reno, hopefully will turn out to be as nice as yours
