i feel giving monetary incentives helps but not that much lor. it only helps in the birthrates of mothers whom are more less educated and hence need the extra money to help with the expenses. more must be done if govt really wants to increase the birthrates of mothers whom are educated and professionals. this group of women are on the rapidly rising trend as well. when we are educated and professionals, we will think so much more if we want to have the child, whether we have enough time for them. govt must educate these singapore employers that if the women feel so stress and do not want to give birth, then it will lead to lower population rate and then they will need to depend on foreign talent which may cost more in the long run.

i'm using hup kiong (stone & tiles) for homo tiles and supreme for laminated. i think both are the more popular brands.

thanks to all for the consolation and sharing yr renovation boo-boos too! correct sequence of the wardrobe is written in yellow (coz i want my sections to be near the toilet now end up my hubby's section of wardrobe is nearest to the wardrobe, he heng lor that my plan backfired). the blue bars have been arranged to be installed. but i had added in the second yellow bar (too many clothes) and hence, ID have to remove the drawers rightfully coz no space. anyways, decided to leave the sequence and not change it as i think its going to be very tricky to move it. don't want them damaging my wardrobe in the process which is worse. but i die die told my id i want that second hanging bar so i oso don't know if he is going to remove the drawers or what anot. my son's room wardrobe. i find it too big for him now lor coz his clothes are all so small and not many so wun occupy so much space. told my hubby just now 'ey, why not u use one of his wardrobe then i can have the mbr wardrobe ALL to myself'. haha.. he say i selfish. correct ma, more convenient for me right not, if not i have clothes here (mbr) and i have clothes there (son's rm), ma fan ma.

(1) i hope govt can have companies allow flexible working hours as in fufilling 40 hrs per week but need not be so rigid 9am tp 6pm. (2) i hope govt can have companies set aside a play area for children in the office and not employers show a black face when the mother brings the kid to work (as long as it doesn't affect e work). (3) i hope govt can have companies adopt more family activities like 'bring yr child to work day' where e kid will know where the mommy works, with whom etc. (4) i hope govt can have companies give longer maternity leave and annual leave for mothers (guys don't need so much leave lor). (5) i hope govt can provide a pool of free temp staff for companies to draw from when they have female staff going on maternity so that the companies bosses and other fellow colleagues will not be pissed when they know a female staff is pregnant and will soon be away for 3 months.

how old is yr kid? i'm taking a part time degree at sim with rmit currently, balancing with full time work and my son is 6 yrs old.. must plan abit lor.. hubby has been taking care of son at night when i need to go to school.. try taking a 'easier' program coz some are killing.. believe me, i switch 2 universities already!! actually we say so much, why don't we ask the GUYS why must they gawk at girls whom wear low cut tops or short skirts? if they don't gawk then we wouldnt have a problem with what we wear liao wat! i mean u dun see us gawking right anot? we do it so discreetly nobody realises it! in the show, it's said 'when a man lies, its full of loopholes', how true! actually we don't have what we call sixth sense, its yr lie that is lousy which makes us suspicious.

i used to work there so do know where that shop is.. thomson plaza got one shop selling second hand branded.. but honestly, i prefer new lei.. hee..

at my hubby's parents side i wore my wedding gown.. then at my own parents side, i wore another gown.. i think its up to you, what you prefer.. more types of gowns, nice in photos ba?? hehe, coz more varieties??

hello!! long time since we talked.. finally starting yr renovations.. exciting .. not doing the flooring?? how come did the electrical first??

how come spoil? switch on but no light? shouldnt he be the one calling his electrician to come down to fix it? or is it the switch itself spoil? was he the one whom bought it? if he buy one, he should change ma coz how u know where to bring it to change? yr basin trap water in what way? as in the water don't all flow into the drain? i havent mount mine lei, but how to test before mounting? i mean must mount then know ma, by then already drill holes in the basin cannot return and ask for refund liao..

just came back from ikea, went queensway one instead coz son sick so stayed at home. we just went to take a quick walk and eyeball the stuffs we want.. actually mainly to check out the dimensions before deciding and buying.. and oonik girl was right, its quite empty lor, so much parking available and when we went to the restaurant for some chicken wings (i love the wings!) so many seats.. such a different sight from long ago when there is only 1 ikea and the place is horrendously packed and crowded.. i did not know about the plastic bag policy till just now lor.. bought a aapron and mitten for mom and just carry like that out.. will bring my shopping bag next time!! haha, u install nets or credit card machine at home la, then no scare i not enough $$ liao!! thinking of buying the laundry clothes hanging system.. $207.. must confirm can fit into my laundry area anot..
